It's editing, not factual. When dicussing victims of the hidden ball trick, it should be Bobby Grich not Grinch. The book is great so far though-a very engaging read. Because knowing what we know about Veeck, it seems like the kind of fanciful yarn he might have spun. Although I must observe that, "That would be against the rules" is not itself a denial that Bossard did something against the rules. Though perhaps he said more than that.
